Sara learned to knit and crochet when she was in the fourth grade and started designing her own patterns soon after.  She uses her love of clothes and fashion to inspire her designs.  Sans Limites Crochet began in 2007 and started selling patterns in 2009.  Each year it grows and she can not wait to see where it takes her!

 

Sara was the design intern for Krochet Kids international in 2012 where she contributed  crochet and knit designs for the non-profit company.  She started graduate school as a part of Colorado State University's Design and Merchandising program in 2013 and is working on a master's thesis project involving ethnic and handmade apparel.  She also works as the teaching assistant for the program's product development class.

Sara spends her days drinking good coffee, stitching a LOT, hiking the Colorado mountains, working hard in graduate school, and teaching dance to a super cool crew of junior high and high school students.
